Brief History

In 1975, in one of the many trips Mr. Felipe Marquez Rodriguez used to make from the city of Villanueva, Zacatecas, to Guadalajara, Jalisco to visit his relatives; while riding the public bus a man, whom had several belts in his shoulder, brought his attention. With some curiosity he started to chat with him, leading the conversation towards the products the man had with him, question eventually took Mr Felipe to brought some items from that man.
Inmediatelly after Mr Felipe made the purchase, decided to try his luck in order to recover some of the expenses the trip implied, he decided to go to one of the oldest and commercial neirboorhoods in Guadalajara: San Juan de Dios.

Succeding in his plan, Mr Marquez realized the profit was good and the belts had a quick sale, so he decided to keep his entrepeunuour, which eventually take him to come across that man he knew in the bus. The man was leaving a belts store.

This belt store the man was buying had the best prices in town, with better prices, Mr Felipe decided to take the sales to other cities/town, after two years he had stablished sales routes thorugh other cities and states. Eventually he ended up covering routes within 1,000 Kilometers (about 800 Miles) Particulately to the north of Jalisco. Finally, in September of 1982 he got to establish a store from his own in the 241 of Obregon Street. Was in this store where local and foreign customers started to visit us and we started a long reputation in the regin and market of belts, wallets and buckles.
Now the store was relocated to the 171 of Obregon Street where now is owned by his doughther Irma Marquez.
