Return/Refund Policy

Merchandise is produced and send by us. The shipping and handling is on carrier or customer responsability. Therefore, we STRONGLY recomment to request or hire an insurance for the shipping. This can be done if iether you selected our discounted rate orthe company of your choice.

 

Is completely requiered to report the damage or alteration of any package before signing as recieved to any shipping carrier. Any missing item, MUST be reported within 24 hours after signature. Due our strict control at packing; we pack what we cross in the packing list; CCTV. Any claim must be placed to the shipping company FIRST.

 

We do not make exchanges or refunds. If you really thing we make a mistake, please let us know with 24 hours recieved the package. Each case is separatelly reviewed.
